Shipping policy

We offer fast shipping for all our products.  Most orders are shipped within 48-72 hours after placed. Depending on what you order your products will ship either ground or freight.  Tracking will be provided when you order has shipped.

We offer shipping for most of our 5 gallon products.  All products are shipped Hazmat and do require special handling by the carrier. Shipping rates are calculated at check out for all shipments. 

Free Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on orders over $100!  This applies to all products but 55 gallon drums that must be shipped freight.

Freight orders

55 gallon drum and large 5 gallon pail shipments (7 pails or more) will be packaged on a pallet and shipped with Central Transport on a semi-truck and trailer. Shipping soaps to a commercial address with a forklift is the cheapest option. Don't have a commercial location or forklift? No problem! Select “Local Terminal Pickup” at checkout to pick up your shipment at the nearest Central Transport Terminal or select "Residential Delivery and Liftgate" to ship your soap to your house. Select “You Would Like To Be Called To Notify Of Delivery” at checkout to be contacted by the freight driver before your shipment arrives!

The freight shipping price is determined by your location, shipment weight, and options that best fit your needs. The freight shipping price is not final, unexpected fees can be charged. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding freight shipping.
